Booking and cancelation policyDeposit & PaymentTo secure your booking, a per-person deposit is required.
The deposit amount depends on the length of the hike and any additional services you request (e.g., extra hotel nights before/after the tour, upgraded accommodation, luggage transfer, etc.).
- Deposit range: $150–$500 per person
- Average deposit: $300 per person
- The deposit is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the tour start date via online credit or debit card payment.
Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel your tour, the following conditions apply:
Within 48 hours of paying the deposit- Free cancellation and full refund of the deposit.
More than 30 days before the tour start date- The deposit becomes non-refundable, but
- It can be transferred to a future booking within 3 years.
8 to 30 days before the tour- Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
- If you have already paid the remaining balance, it will be refunded in full except for the retained deposit
Less than 7 days before the tour start date- No refunds are given on any payments.
- The deposit is not refundable and not transferable.
- Clients should submit a claim through their travel insurance.
Travel InsuranceWe strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical issues, or disruptions, especially for cancellations within 7 days of the tour start.
