The tour starts in Demre, where you need to arrive the day before from Antalya or Dalaman. The finish is in Kaş.

Itinerary
Your journey begins with an arrival in the city of Demre, accessible from Antalya or any other major city. We provide comprehensive guidance on navigating to the bus station, identifying the correct stop, and estimating your travel time.

Please note, the first night's accommodation in Demre is not included in the tour price, as it offers you the flexibility to choose your preferred lodging. However, should you wish for a seamless experience, we can include the first night in the tour package upon request. See more details in FAQ (pricing).

Once you've settled into your hotel, you have the leisure to unwind at the beach just across the street, setting the tone for your upcoming adventure.

Day 0
Today's itinerary includes a visit to the museum and an invigorating warm-up trek spanning approximately 8 kilometers. In the morning, a driver will transport you from your hotel to the museum, and then to the starting point of the trail. Upon arrival in Kapakli village in the late afternoon, you'll be greeted by the warm hospitality in the guesthouse.
Day 1
Following breakfast, a hike of 11 kilometres awaits.

In the afternoon, you're in for a leisurely respite aboard a boat. Anchoring in a serene bay, you'll have 1 to 1.5 hours to snorkel directly from the boat, immersing yourself in the aquatic wonders beneath the waves. After your snorkeling adventure, the boat will cruise by the submerged island of Kekova, granting you a glimpse of the ancient ruins of the Lycian civilization from the comfort of the deck. Overnight in Ucagiz.

Day 2
Today's journey spans 15 kilometers, a path threaded with the echoes of antiquity. You'll pass through the remnants of ancient cities such as Apollonia and Aperlae, with the chance to witness numerous freestanding tombs of the ancient Lycians.

Once you've completed this leg of the route, a driver will be ready to collect you and transport you to the next hotel in Kas along your journey, ensuring you have the opportunity to rest and recharge in comfort.
Day 3
Today is out-and-back hike , 5 kilometers.

The Lycian Way can be reached on foot from the hotel. If you go in the late afternoon, you can see a beautiful sunset. In the remaining time: relax, walk around the atmospheric Kas and recharge for the next, not the easiest trekking day.

You can also go to the Turkish hammam. Overnight in Kas.
Day 4
On this final day, you will embark on an 11-kilometer trek that promises the allure of untouched swimming havens and the potential thrill of spotting and swimming with sea turtles. Along the path, you'll come upon an impressive viewing platform, inviting you to take in the spectacular scenery.

The trek reaches its conclusion at a peaceful cove. From this point, a boat will whisk you away to the charming town of Kaş, marking the end of your hiking adventure. Should you wish to linger in the serene atmosphere of Kaş, we can arrange for an additional night's stay upon your request, allowing you more time to relax or explore the quaint streets and local culture.

Overnight stays will be in comfortable hotels on the trail. There is hot water, a shower and a mini fridge. These are the best hotels on the trail. All rooms are in good condition.
