1. How do I book a tour?To book your trip, simply choose the tour you like and contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Please tell us:
- which tour you want,
- your travel dates,
- whether you prefer standard or upgraded accommodation (upgraded nights are not available in all locations).
We will then check hotel availability for your dates.
If everything is confirmed, we will reserve your accommodation and send you the booking details.
Once your deposit is paid, your tour is officially booked.
2. Do I need to wait for confirmation before booking flights?Yes.
Please wait for us to confirm hotel availability before purchasing your flight tickets.
Accommodation availability on the Lycian Way can vary by season, and we want to make sure your route is fully secured before you commit to flights.
3. How long does it take to receive confirmation?In most cases, confirmation takes 24–48 hours.
During peak season it may take slightly longer, depending on hotel responses, but we always keep you updated.
4. What is the deposit amount?The deposit amount depends on the length of the hike and any additional services you request (e.g., extra hotel nights before/after the tour, upgraded accommodation, luggage transfer, etc.).
- Deposit range: $150–$500 per person
- Average deposit: $300 per person
We will provide the exact deposit amount together with your booking offer.
5. What payment methods do you accept?We accept secure online payments via:
- credit / debit card
- Wise or Revolut
6. When do I pay the remaining balance?The remaining balance is due 14 days before the start of your tour.
If you book less than 14 days in advance, the full amount is paid at the time of booking.
7. Can I change my tour dates after booking?Yes, date changes are possible, but they depend on hotel availability for your new dates.
There is a $100 date-change fee, as adjusting the booking requires a significant amount of additional coordination.
When we confirm your tour, we spend considerable time securing availability with each accommodation; changing dates means we must repeat this process and reschedule all reservations.
If availability allows, we’ll be happy to update your tour dates.
8. Can I change participants’ names before the tour?Yes.
You can change the names of participants any time before the tour begins.
Just let us know and we’ll update your booking.
